Letter of Release
Many students who have arrived in Australia on a Student (573) Visa and are finding that the course is not right for them or can simply not keep up with the course may be considering downgrading to a Certificate III and IV or Diploma level course.
Pursuant to ESOS Act any overseas student looking to transfer from current provider to a new education provider must provide a "Letter Of Release" from their current education provider.
In most instances universities and colleges do not provide a "Letter Of Release" where the student has not completed 6 months of their principal course a letter of release restricting students from transferring.
Baysis has a great success rate in assisting students obtain their Letter of Release even before they have completed the first 6 months of their principal course.
We have then been able to assist these students in obtaining the right Student Visa moving from a subclass 573 to a 572 Visa.
